Complaint Details
We had availed of immigration assistance from the above mentioned organization on 21st July 2020 by paying them a retainer fess of rs.53100 which included taxes as well & we were assured that we would be getting our immigration process completed in a matter of 6 months to 1 year's time. However, ever since the organization has received the said amount, they have never been proactive in their work and we have had to be always after them by constantly following up about what progress has been made and what are the next steps that we need to follow. Since we were not satisfied by their behavior towards us and the kind of services that were being provided, we have asked them for a refund on multiple occasions, but every time they refused to comply citing organization policy and very reluctantly moved the process forward till the point that we received our NOC codes for work permit. Now since their last mail on 15th Feb, 2021 by Mr Irfan Memom (Case Manager), there has been no attemots made to connect with us related to our query either through call or mail, even though we have immediately reverted on their email and have sent numerous mails till 18th Feb, 2021. Mr. Irfan even provided us with an alternate number but ever since 15/2/2021, he remains uncontactable on both his official as well as alternate numbers and even has stopped responding to emails. His seniors are have also never intervened in the matter and their contact hasn't been provided to us till date. Finally, after a lot of mental harassment and not receiving any agency response after attempting multiple number of times, we are going forward with registering a complaint in the hopes that we would be receiving a refund of the amt of rs. 53100 as soon as possible as it have been more than 6 months now and we do not see any progress being made in the near future with our profiles. Attached are the receipts of the payment for rs.53100 which was done through ECS on 21st July 2020.
