Complaint Details
Last month i have ordered a product from myntra(shoes) which i not liked because fitting was not comfort, i have returned it via myntra app... but the delivery boy refused to accept product saying "its a used product" and told me get approval from customer care.. So i took apprpval then this time the delivery not came until return window closed, then he visited after 15 days again said same thing "product is uesd". I called customer care and they said further they cant help me out, better u keep the product. I requested many times on call that the product is unused and as it is, and said that company's mistake that they were unable to pickup product before return window closed, even though i was available at address. I request you pls get me back my money, this is the last hope... Company is cheating on me and pressuring me to take product. Please help
