Complaint Details
I have booked and Canceled zoomcar from ZoomCar app in April-2020. I did 2 bookings (Booking Id : "JPS6NK7MT" & "JPS6NK7C9") and due to Covid-19 nation wise lock down i had to cancel my trip.As per company policy and Term-conditions once Trip has been canceled, customer will get refund in 30 days, as per their mod of transactions. It's been almost 1 year still zoom car company has not initiated my refund of both bookings.I tried to reach customer support many time but they are replying with only prerecorded messages like "They are working on it(refund)".Being a worldwide reputed company i dont think company should take this much time to refund their (i am not alone, there are thousands in India who are waiting for their refund) customers. Here i attached my zoomcar booking/cancel details.
