Complaint Details
1. Online Order no #insf368462133 (double bed) was unboxed and assembled on 28 feb 2021 by authorised technician of saraf furniture (Invoice No SFN7172133-25743).
2. The product was found to be defective and damaged.
3. On tele conversation with saraf furniture customer care (Mr suraj) he advised to assemble the bed completely and send photograph and video of all the defective and damaged product/parts on email.
4. Therefore photographs and videos of the defective and damaged product were taken in presence of technician and it was sent on email to saraf furniture the same day 28 Feb 2021.
5. It was requested to arrange return of defective and damaged product and issue full refund of the amount paid at the earliest vide my email to saraf furniture dated 28 Feb 2021.
6. Till date they have not refunded my money back to me. I have written them several emails and called up their customer care more than 25 times after that. But they are not responding and neither are they refunding my money.
7. I want full refund of my money at the earliest pls
