Dear Sir/ Madam,
Good day,

This is YOGANANTH writing this from Chennai. Self had purchased a Villa from CASA GRAND developers and have been promised that completion on MAR-2019 But till now the unit is not completed.

Self have visited the site multiple times and kept emphasizing them to complete But these two years just passed without fruitful activities.

Therefore as per the construction agreement, I would like to request your Good office to kindly look into the issue and arrange to get my compensation until the construction gets over ( As per the attached correspondence )

Also request you to kindly liaise with the promoters and arrange to settle the amount of 5,00,00,000 INR ( FIVE CRORES ONLY ) as a compensation for mental torture in the name of follow ups.

Attached some self explanatory correspondences with the promoter and some documents as well for ready reference. Many thanks for your kind understanding and support
