Dear Sir,
Account no. 015101577005 Transaction Dispute dated 3rd April 2021 amount 60,000/-
I added a new payee to my account using Imobile App, immediately tried a payment of 60000, It got failed, not received any sms or any mail for this transaction.
I paid the beneficiary the 60,000/- through other way. After 2 hours I just checked my statement, I found 60,000 was debited for failed transaction also.
I spoke to ICICI Customer care, they said it is a failed transaction so will be settle in 2 working days, either beneficiary or you will get that amount.
I requested them to cancel that failed transaction, and make sure that amount will be credited back to my account, because I have already paid the beneficiary the amount through other way.
But They are saying that It is not possible, they are not ready to take my complaint. From yesterday I have called them 4 times, I have submitted to mail on ICICI bank website, But not single acknowledgment i have received yet.
Now on customer care number(02233667777) they are putting me in silent mode for several hours and at last disconnecting the call.
Please help me to get my money back to my account otherwise it will be financial loss to me.
