Aquaguard has sent us the wrong product and it has been one month, we have been complaining every single day. After 1 month they have come to check it and agree its a wrong product and now they are asking us to purchase a more expensive product. We would like a refund asap. My father has just passed away and we have a house full of family and visitors. We have been purchasing bottles of water from the stores inspite of having purchased a new one. And our previous one was working perfectly fine and one of their employees came for service and damaged our unit, forcing us to buy a new one. We have spent 14000rs on a new Aquaguard and plus lots of money of buying water every single day.
