Dear sir
My name is prem sagar Tiwari.
I am the cudtomer of bharat gas, Ashish agency, my customer id is-57797339.

I have booked a cylinder online through their vrs system, and received the booking reference no msg aldo.

As declared by bharat gas they obligated to deliver the cylinder within 48 hous of deliver.

In my case i have booked a cylinder on 2nd of april 2021 but not received the cylinder till todays date for same I complaint in the agency but they are saying bcz of not service they can't deliver the same.

But they didn't came for service and all,
My complaint is if they didn't sensed their person for maintaining than why they halt3d my deliver, for which we were unable to cook the food for 2 days and still not get the cylinder.

Ashis agency is very rude and stubburn and not responding to my complaints
