We have purchased one no Pulse Oximeter along with other medicines from Fortune Generix at M G Road, Goregaon West worth Amount Rs 9202.00 vide invoice no 14933 dated 29/03/2021 along with the medicines. the said pulse Oxymeter without Sr. No on it was given to us. it did not start at all. now that we are asking the agency to change the faulty Plus meter, they are giving one or the other reasons and trying to avoid the replacement of defective stock.
