DearJustise team,

With high hopes writing this to you that Ferns N petals play with emotions with misleading information on site.I dont stay with my son(Shlok sudarshan Ghop) nor i can meet him so i order Cake and gift for his birthday and there website promises that delivery will be on time and i also discussed that will it delay due to pandemic but they said no and neither they are highlighting it they are just misleading people and commiting date for sake or orders and business.This is just playing with emotions and it should be punished and i need the compensation for my emotional loss.

I hope you people will understand its not the amount size but the emotion which they taking for granted just to do business
