I had placed an order for a painting frame with Tamil Tanjore Art Gallery back in Oct'2020. This was to be delivered in November but eventually got delivered in January 2021. The frame size that got delivered was not in line with the order placed. They agreed to send the right frame size in Jan and this got delivered to me on the first week of April. However the frame size is again the same and now they are not responding to my calls or messages. This has been one of the most terrible sales and after sales service provided after charging so much for the product, I would appreciate if timely action is provided by these people as they mention all kind of positive customer feedback but my experience has been worst to say the least
