dear sir madam, i had purchased a refrigerator from samsung plasa (SELF FRIDGES PRIVATE LIMITED) ravipuram ernakulam kerala on 12/2/2021 amount of 18500 and paid 1500 for warranty extension. the machine was found defect in 3 days of time and was not received the same model as on displayed. the displayed product was manufactured 2021 model and received 2020 model. i have cross checked about this with the showroom and they lied to me that i saw and understood the worng details and there is no such manufactured model in 2021 manufacturing year and also mentioned additionaly 2021 models will manufactured end of september or october 2021. the machine was found defect and checked by the concern service pepole and confirmed, i have requested for refund and they ignore my request and replaced the machine on 10/3/2021. roufly took around 30 days for this, the replacement model was manufactured on 2021 the same as they displayed and sold the old product to clear the stocks. also the same machine got similer complaints and service center person confirm it and raised for refund on 15/3/2021 till to date (15/4/2021) they have extending each and every date for my refund, i was in a difficult situvation now. i was having only hope i can find a legal solution with means of compensation from the company or the manufacture samsung india pvt ltd,

the reason was claiming for the delay because of poor service and fake commitments.
