Complaint Details
I bought a phone (Samsung S20 FE 5G) phone from Samsung India website in April 2021. When I bought the phone website mentioned transparent phone cover and earphones will be in the box. When the Phone came, these accessories were not there in the box. Samsung claims the website mentioned these accessories by mistake and has since removed them from the website. Samsung should provide these accessories as the website mentioned them when the purchase was made.
