Complaint Details
I had booked 4 tickets for the round trip BOM-LKO-BOM for 18/04/2021 & return on 22/04/2021, however, due to the current pandemic situation, I had to cancel the flight. Refund has been initiated by GO Air on 18/04/2021 received by Ease My Trip on 21/04/2021 but till date the amount has not been refunded to my account. I am incurring interest on credit card payment @3%, and also wasting my time talking to easy my trip customer care who is not bothered to give my money back. I need to get a refund of Rs.22,110/-
