I had opt for Tikona subscription in the month June 2020 due to lockdown me and my wife were working from home. the concern person told us that we need to make payment for 6 months upfront since that is the only package available which we did and after 5 months me and my wift shifted to another location nearby. MY wife called Mr. sunil employee of Tikona and told him that we have been shifed to new location and want to continue instead of guiding us for transfer of connnection Mr Sunil gave us new connection. and since we are using new connection. we didnot bother about our old connection. we use to recieve messages and emails from tikona for making payment to continue the service however we ignored since new connection was in place. then i got a called the person said he is a lawyer and calling from delhi court and said that the tikona has apealed that i have not paid rs. 1500 which is a due amount therefore they will be sending me a notice and will freeze all my bank account. they even sent me email as a demand notice. I approved Mr sunil but he blocked me later i took the issue to area manager of tikona even he did not respond then I wrote to tikona customer care and explained them the issue they said they will take up and resolve but still no positive response is received i am still get email for demand notice and also call from another person stating himself as a lawyer and forcing me to make payment of rs. 1500. i told him if i have made prepaid payment then why is tikona charging me 1500 rs for service which i have not used and i did not inform them to provide me addition service beyond my recharge date. this is mental harassment.
