Complaint Details
I purchased a Aquasure water purifier. Its not been working correctly since it was a month old. Everytime there was a problem the service guy came and did some flush and got it fixed. This used to happen every month for about 3 months. The next time it went faaulty, he replaced a motherboard. It again went faulty after a month and they said that they needed a part to fix it and will come back with it. They did not come back for a month and when they came bacck this time, the service guy said that its a wrong part and they will now have to take the machine to the service center it self and repair it. Its been almost 4 months now and they have not returned/fixed it. I have called them numerous times and everytime the response is I ll return it today or I ll return it after 3 days or I ll return it after 5 days. They have never kept up their promise and have never called me up to give me a status of the repair. When I contact the customer service they givee me the service center number and the service center never answers or picks up the call. The service center manager once was telling me that its a new agency that he took up and he iis not able to manage it well. there were other stories given to me that the part has to come from rajasthan. It wont take 4 months for that!!!

If they are not able to fix it, there should be some way of replacing it. All the escalation methods that they have given on their webssite never works/ none of the numbeers are valid. Its the crapy service that I have come across till date!!!
