I recently bought new Hathway broadband connection, with plan of 25 mbps. attached invoice here.
I am not getting desired speed and consistency with internet and despite of calling multiple times on customer service. not getting any solution.
Speed ranges from 0.5 mbps to 12 mbps with sudden drops and loss of connection. Totally useless. and no response from customer care team.
