i had subscribed one plan of Rs. 25000/- from no broker for selling my flat in Mundhwa, Pune, the company assured to sell the property within 90 days, if not sold or if the property sold by my own sources then the company was supposed to refund my fees after deducting some nominal amount.
my quoted price was 68 lakh negotiable, it was clearly told no broker Relationship manager(RM) and listing also was marked 'negotiable' .
The RM didnt get any serious buyer, till i sold my flat on my own sources. Once he got one offer of 65 lakh, i was even ready for sitting accross the table with client and close the deal but RM couldn't get him on table.
later i sold the flat at 66 lakh and informed RM accordingly and requested him for refund. but they started giving silly excuses saying that the quoted price was 68 and u have sold it at 66 lakk.
i told them that the price was negotiable and it was clearly mentioned in the app and also verbally informed to RM. none of the property deal happens without negotiation, u must understand this and u must refund my money without giving these silly excuses.
i spoke to Ms Soumya (RM ) couple of times but she didnt respond properly and kept giving such excuses. i want my entire money refund immediately.
