Complaint Details
Booked for new connection on 20th may 2021, executive told that installation will be done within 48 working hours, but the field sales executive denied and told me that it will take about 5 days for the installation, and he is not the employee of Tikona he argued with me a lot. Tried to get help from Tikona but thry also refused for helping out. Need strict action against Tikona Infinet Pvt Ltd and owner of this organisation.
