Complaint Details
I have been complaining to Tikona about no internet connection from last 7 days on the app. They assigned an engineer who doesn't answer calls. I have lost 6 days of pay as I was marked absent. I lost about 7000 rs. I want Tikona to pay me for those 6 days plus additional days if internet connection doesn't resume.
There is no customer care. If you call customer service phone rings but no one ever answer.
You have taken my hard earned money for nothing.
I will send you a legal notice through my lawyer.
