Complaint Details
1. On the 5th of February 2021, I placed an order for furniture to setup in my new home with Saraf Furniture. The representative from Saraf furniture assured me that my order would reach me by the end of March - and it was because of this delivery assurance that I placed the order and made the payment.

2. My order has now been delayed for over a month, and I have moved into my house and living there without any furniture. I do not even have a place to sit, let alone sleep.

3. Despite multiple promises from Saraf Furniture, they have only succeeded in further delaying my order. Every time I call them, the date for delivery moves by 1 week more.

4. I received a mail from them on the 30th of March stating that if my order was not dispatched within a week - they would proceed with Cancellation and Reimbursement.

5. I have demanded them to reimburse my money since I no longer want any of their products due to this terrible experience with them. Even in the unlikely event that they do eventually despatch their product, it is highly evident that they will not provide the support or maintenance that they have promised and as such - I have lost all confidence in this company and their products and services.

6. I request you to intervene and enforce Saraf furniture to reimburse me in full and additionally compensate me for the trauma that I have had to undergo due to their false promises and inefficiency.
