Tikona service was never stable. Always got very limited or no connectivity. Every time I have to log complain(literally spent hour each day post office to raise complaints) and do follow ups. After multiple times logging complain internet works fine for some time.
However for Internet slowness issue I am struggling since 24 April 2021 but not found any solution Tikona keeps playing football with complain and at the end they close ticket without resolution.
Multiple times engineer visit and transfer to network with saying there is no local issue and Network team close ticket without working on it.
Never receive call for feedback after ticket closing but always get calls for due payment before 10 days prior.
Also raise waiver request last month but not receive response and I have to make full for service which I never use.
Also heard from all the Tikona members that there is no escalation matrix for technical complain.
Tikona is making people fool. You should increase bandwidth.
I have 10MBPS plan but never receive nearby that speed. Also after 11AM it stars it worst it goes below 2 MBPS.
I am WFH working for Bank and in such situation very difficult to work due to this was stuck in serious problems.
Can anyone please look in This issue and resolve.
