Complaint Details
I took one year AMC for Aqua total water purifier on 20.05.2011. Representative of company assured provide best service on time if incase of breakdown of machine. But its membrane is not functioning upto the marks and water TDS is very high and not able to bring it down to controlled level. We are contacting to Eureka Forbes Ltd authorized representative to resolve the issue.

local regional head – Adarsh (Contact #0826 2220052) to get the problem is addressed.
But the service centre failure to provide the service what they bind in the contract.
Its been a pain following and getting false commitment from CC with no results after of compliant launch.
More over they are playing with life of the customer.
