Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I disconnected / Surrender of Telephone connection with Broadband Combo plan MTNL and I applied for security refund of MTNL on 28th Sept 2020, And I had been told that within two month I will get refunded my security deposit amount Rs.2200/- . But after 8th Month passed, I did not get it till now.
I was paying mtnl bill by through SBI Bank ECS, Parel, Mumbai-12, So I am requesting again here to arrange my refund as earliest to my Bank account with interest as applicable. My mtnl account details are as follows.
