Complaint Details
I purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes at an exhibition in chennai on the 14th of July. The technician who came to install the water purifier could not install the piece as it was defective. We contacted the sales agent and asked him to provide a new piece as the supplied piece was found to be defective at the time of installation. In spite of repeated reminders, the company has not supplied a new piece and are now dodging my phone calls. It is almost a month since I paid for the water purifier and the product has not been installed.
