Reference no. REF592286181. I booked a return journey on 30th June which I cancelled after 30 mins. from their website. I received a confirmation mail that cancellation is in progress. But next day when my flight was scheduled I got to know it was not cancelled because they called on my registered no. but I didn't respond. If I already raised the request where is the question of confirmation? And nowhere I was intimated that my confirmation is required for cancellation..neither on mail nor on registered no.. Thus, no amount was refunded as it was not cancelled.
