Dear Sir, I had booked auli ski resort on 14th june and canceled due to medical issues on 16th june. However, GMVN has not yet refunded me the amount. I have tried to reach out to them innumerable times but AGM of GMVN gives all false information and is cheating on small customers like us. Please lodge a complaint against the company and the responsible officer and take urgent action against him.
