Laptop submitted on June 1st after escalation with senior team comprising of Mr Mathew Misquota and Mr Sajan George who is head of Asus Kerala, the reason i submitted it again to service center after addressing issue of lag twice, once in 2020andthen again this year, this year engineers at service center said it is a motherboard issue and has to be replaced which is 70% of the cost of the laptop, given the problem occured within a year and you can check service history, back then in 2020, thermal module was changed and issue still persisted after a few months, in 2021, service center asked me to replace mother board, laptop was purchased in 2019 and within 2 years asking me to shell out 40k for a 80k laptop shows how poor asus laptops are and how they will treat you once it is out of warranty, oncall Mr Mathew Misquota told me he will do the best for me and asked me to submit laptop on june 1st, today on june 24th, he is telling me the same thing what the engineers told me 2months back on the service in march 2021, THEN WHY DID YOU KEEP THE LAPTOP FOR 25days just to tell me the same thing i was told 2 months back,REALLY SHOWS HOW POOR ASUS PRODUCTS ARE AND HOW THE SENIOR TEAM TREATS YOU ON CALL AND LATER DOES THIS. SUCH A POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT. HAVE ADVISED ALL MY COLLEAGUES TO REFRAIN FROM PURCHASING ASUS PRODUCTS AND SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE WHERE IN I HAD TO ALSO KEEP SENDING EMAILS JUST FOR A RESPONSE FROM BOTH THE PEOPLE MENTIONED ABOVE. Pathetic. Just shows how poor asus products and services are, i was made to wait for 2months including the pandemic induced lockdown but june month whole they wasted,horrible asus. I also have the call recording where in Mr Mathew said he understands that motherboard replacement is a hefty cost and he will do the best for me but today on mail he said the same thing what the engineers said 2months back.
