Complaint Details
I have purchase my flat in June 2017 in Koparkhairane sector 20, I have completed all the procedure and make the payment as well. However I was not aware that after doing all the formalities cidco also issue Final Order copy. Which I forget to collect.Now I have sold my flat but as I do not have cidco final order copy purchaser is not able to get the NOC which bank need to disburse the loan. Its been 3 months we are doing regular follow up but there is no answer from Cidco officials ( Ms. Janhavi Mhatre and Ms. Wadekar) every time we go they neither meet rather they say anything on this. My work is pending from last 3 months because of which me and purchaser both are in problem.Attached documents for your ready reference.
