Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am totally dissatisfied with the service & Product of the water Purifier.
I myself using other company products and getting proper service without any complaint. According information
I have purchased a water purifier Riviva Ro model on Dt. 8th Jan 2010. First servicing was done on Dt. 5th September 2010 but in first service I find the service personnel have destroyed my in let pipe & after several reminder they have changed the original pipe.
2nd service was done on 5th Aug 2011.
I suppose to get 4 service free as per the company policy as mentioned in service catalog.
But no one has arrived even after giving several calls. Now service time is over service personnel informed to deposit for AMC.
After several reminder I find one person arrived on last Friday & done the service but improperly. Person has informed me that this was your last service after this service I have to pay sum of Rs 3000/- other wise filter will be damaged & you have to spend very heavy amount for repair.
After this last service I observed that water is continuously flowing even after switch off the machine. Service personnel informed there will be no problem, if the water leakage is there Specifically I have not face any problem before this service my machine was working perfectly without any water leakages. If this process will adopt by the Eureka Forbes to pay for AMC then we will do the work. It is totally absurd which should not be expected from such a ISO based company.
Now question arises why service personnel not visiting in time to give the service. Please provide me the statement why
Eureka Forbes not provided first service in time were as all 4 services to be done in every alternate 3 month gap.
Once the machine was purchased by the customer they are n't looking after the free service. Simply avoiding to do in time
to harass the consumer as i found. I proceed this case to consumer forum as soon as possible & strict action to be decided by the forum very shortly.
