I used Tikona broadband last 4-5 years but last year Lockdown I complaint many times regarding Auto login problem but no one resolve my problem. Now every week they called me for balance payment Rs. 1704/-.

Please tell me that What should I do payment when I do not use the net?

Please look into the matter & resolve it.

Please arrange to disconnect my connection immediately.
