I had got Tikona Installed on March 2020 and since then till May 2020 renewed, I got very limited or no connectivity. Had raised it multiple times to vendor through their contact centre (literally spent hour every fortnight post office to raise complaints). Always heard the same answers - restart laptop, issue at network, server upgrade, some issue going on in area etc.
My tikona id is 1125763841 I have already requested for resolved my issue to Director / CFO but no any resolved issue, I request them to return my payment, but they are no any action or resolved issue of internet connection.
1. Lots of complaints lodged and no resolution (time and effort and money wasted)
3. Vendor confirming he cannot provide service
I have lots of mails which I had written to them and Mr. Prakash / Mr. Ketan and still I am on receiving side.
