Complaint Details
This is regarding our deposit amount of 25K paid to SS group via online transfer on 10th April 2021 for holding the unit of Almeria 26 B . We were assured by Suyesh Gupta/Rupesh from sales team that this amount will be refunded immediately if we change our mind. On 12 April , an email was sent to enquiry@ssgroup-india.com with all the relevant document details (cancelled check, PAN Card and Aadhar Card). Since then which is April – July (3 months), that we have been following up via email and numerous phone call to Mr. Suyesh (Cell no.- 9999894479). However, did not receive and response from SS group. Which is utterly unprofessional. Since June onwards Mr. Gupta has stopped answering our calls on 21st June , he sent a message after several reminders that the document are in account and the Accountant joined recently . Also, with careless attitude asking us to reach to anyone we want to . Today, when I called from a different no.. he picked my call and abused me and disconnected the call on my face.
