Today One person called me and said that she is from the civil court in Delhi and that Tikona filed a case against me for the non paying the due amount. They demanded rudely me to Pay Rs 3073/-.I have paid the amount. Even though I have some Questions.
1) I have paid the amount 6 Month advance to consume the service 10/MBPS. I have paid in July 2020, which will end in March 2021. Due to the Very Very poor service from Tikona, I have moved to ACT Fibernet. Then How does this bill amount Rs.3073 Generated without uses the network?
2) I will be using the Tikona service from March 2020 to March 2021. I have launched many complaints regarding poor network, frequent disconnection and etc. Tikona can check my complaint register Log. How many times have I suffered from the tikona inefficient service?
