I bought a faber chimney in oct 2016. motor is under 5 year warranty period. A lodged a complaint in Apr 21 technician told that motor is not working. they closed that
complaint without resolving complaint . i gain lodged complaint in 11 jun 2021. I contacted tollfree no,faber representative and emailed so many times but company is not resolving my issue after passing 3 month.
