They messed up an order and agreed to process a return. They took a long time to send me a return label. Then Covid began and they took even longer. Finally, I got a return label and mailed it back. But, they said due to the time elapsed, they could not refund me because I paid by card. I reluctantly agreed to take a store credit despite not wanting anything else because they promised me a 10% discount. When I finally found something I wanted, they changed the terms of the discount code and said certain designers are exempt from the code (they never mentioned this before). When I asked why they didn't tell me all of their best selling designers were exempt, they said it was a mistake and they could give me 10% cash back for a future purchase instead. Even the designer from my original purchase did not qualify for the promised discount. They constantly made mistakes like this with no accountability and refused to give refund at every turn. They always force me into either a store credit or just losing my money. I have all communications documented on WhatsApp.
