I had taken Tikona Connection in December and since then the internet has not worked properly for a single day. I've had hundreds of complaints registered with their customer care team but they still can't fix the problem. The Supervisor of their technical team has agreed that they couldn't fix the issue even after trying for 6 months straight. Even after that the communication was not given yo other departments and billing team is calling and messaging me consistently to pay the bill. They have amazing follow up for bill collection but no care at all to fix the problems faced by customers. I have sent numerous emails to management escalation and Prakash Bajpai, who is the CEO of Tikona but still I didn't get any response or resolution. I'm attaching the email. Have a look.
