Complaint Details
This complaint is with regard to Rajesh Vyas owner of Raj Kiran Construction. This person was given a contract towards society repair and painting during august/September of 2020.

During this time the society has issued a cheque of 5lacs to Raj Kiran construction. While there were some loose ends being closed. There was a second wave of covid 19, which forced the society to stop work for the time being. The society approached Mr Rajesh Vyas to refund the money as duration and impact of 2nd wave is unknown and subsequent impact of third wave of covid 19.

Now when the society is approaching Mr Rajesh for a refund he has stopped responding to calls and messages.
