Dear Team
Please help me to get connected to senior most person of flipkart and get me a call arranged. Flipkart team is just blocking me from sending mails and not helping to get my issue addressed. It has been more than 16 months, I am struggling to get my issue addressed.
Noone is responding and blocking customers from sending mail. Being a customer what is more that I need to prove?
Less quantities are sent my flipkart and I had attached everything then why they are blocking the account stating High returns. What about 30 days buyer return policy for which I had requested for return for wrong size, wrong colour and size issue?
After several tries I got connected to supervisor he took my complaint IN21081113313057996748 and said wait till 14th Aug but immediately before 24 hours my complaint was closed.
Being the highest point of contact, please go through this and help me.
