I am very upset with the kind of service your company is providing me . My remote is not working for my tv and I have requested to resolved this issue my first request was made on July 20 it took a week for technician to visit my place and he confirmed that remote needs to be replaced . Today is the 10th of August and I was informed by the customer service team that your company does not have remote in your warehouse that means in 12 months warranty you will take 1 month to resolve this issue what kind of service is this please explain . I requested for a supervisor call and I was promised call back in 24 hours no call was received from the supervisor .
For your reference let me provide you with complain numbers and date . On 2nd August I call and the number is 202108023249 then I called on 6th complain number 202108062214 and the rep was jot so helpfull my last call was for today that is the 10th of August 3320210810 .
