Hi Team
I want file a complaint against tikona internet service provider as they cheated me about speed and it never shows as they said or mention per bill 60mbps it shows 10-30 mbps and upload speed is less than 10mbps. I asked their team but they just transfer my call to internal team and says no issue at our end will check with another team. And still not provided me the solution also asked to refund my payment if you're unable to provide better service they said we can't provide refund at your location. No service no refund. They shows speed at their portal only. Please find details of bill and their speed is actually low
