Complaint Details
I have raised multiple service requests with Eureka forbes over the last 3 months. Each time they dont give me a service request number saying the server is down. So I cannot track it the next time. Then no one comes to service my aquaguard. One man who came said I had bought something from a retailer and that aquaguard does not service what is bought from a retailer although it is a eureka forbes product! Eureka forbes is the biggest sham in the country!
