I took a free trial of Jio Giga fiber, commencing the connection on 30th July. During the time of installation, they took Rs.1,500 as a security deposit (refundable) for the router from me. I raised the return request the same on 25th and the device got picked up on 2nd August... I was assured the refund of the security deposit in my bank account (whose details were taken by the person who picked up the router) in 7 days from the day of pickup, however, it has been 20 days since the pickup of the router and I haven't got the refund... After asking the jio care about the refund, they keep on saying that the refund is being delayed due to some technical issue... I am now worried about the same and want the Respected Consumer Complaints Redressal Council to intervene and help me get my money as soon as possible...
