Complaint Details
I have a complaint against alaya by stage who are into clothing business . I had purchased a t-shirt from them on 6 June 2021 and I didn't like the same . I had raised a request for refund which is allowed on their policy. I got a confirmation from company that the product is also good when received Nothing to stop from refund . From last 3 months they are giving me false promises and hope of sending me the link for refund and they aren't Initiating anything. I would complaint this on a very serious basis for frauding the customers
