My 5 Year National Saving Certificate was misplaced by clerk at Virar East Post office after submitting it to claim the money post maturity. On direction of post master, I did the procedure for duplicate NSC. It has been one year from the time my NSC matured but I am not getting any response from India post. My complaint number are PLG/SB/NSC/AAV/Virar East/2021-22 and DPOST/E/A/21/0001242
