I had purchased t shirt from shopclue and delivery by xpressbee on 13 August but xpressbee didn't delivered my order.i have been mailed and called multiple times but delivery agent did not responded properly. Only refund my original balance but not pay any compensation.please take action on this matter.i feel I am eligible for Rs 5000 as compensation.
