Aquaguard unit stopped working Sunday 7 Aug. Since then I have repeatedly called their customer service line for technician to visit. Everytime I am assured the 'tech will arrive within 24 hours' or 'this morning itself.' These assurances have amounted to nothing more than lies because it is now Wednesday 10 August, and technician has not visited. I have paid for service contract and item G of contract stipulates that visit will be made within reasonable time.
