I had called up service centre of Eureka Forbes to change the candles of my Aquasure on 8/8/2011 (req.#0063262914)I was promised 48 hrs but now it is 72 hrs and still no one has called. The Pune Service centre franchise speaks very rudely and disconnects call. Have twice escalated online complaint but to no avail.
