My web service ticket with the company is 1f08780fa413. It relates to Water Purifier. My service contract with the company was for 2 years which expires by sep.2011. For more than 1 year, there was no replacement of filter for the water purifier. As a result of this, the water purification has become very bad and was giving bad smell too. In response to my service request, the service personnel came home and has just replaced the coal but did not replace the filter. When asked for the details, the representative informed that appointment of their agency for Eureka forbes was just 3 months back and they don't have any details when the filter was replaced. As such the company/it's officials had not acted prudently and in turn they have evasive answers and i did not get legitimate justice. As such, i request you to initiate action against the company besides undertaking the immediate replacement.
