Complaint Details
I have purchased "Aquaguard total infinity" on 22.11.2010. As per company warranty card,the company will provide two service checks-up for Aquaguard in a year. Also, sales person told me that he will come after six month for filter cleaning and will replace filter after one year. I have requested three times for servicing on above mentioned phone numbers since eight months are over, but so far nobody has turn-up for servicing. The sales person said that he will come tomorrow and the next day he will not turn-up. After ringing him, he gives the same reply. Today, sales person and a lady from service center have promised me that he will come at 17:30 and i conformed the same at 16:45 on phone. But after reaching home he called me and told that he will not come today, he may come tomorrow. The same episode happened yesterday too. I am working in a company and also, i am alone in my home so each time when sales person promised me that he will come, i have to come earlier from the office. Please look into the matter.
